Welcome to Datahub Ghana. By using our service and purchasing internet top-up packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Order Accuracy
– Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address and phone number provided during the order process. All phone numbers must be 10 digits long. For example, “233538122730” is incorrect, but “0538122730” is accepted. We do not accept any liability for incorrect information provided by you neither a refund.

2. No Refund Policy
– Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for orders where a wrong shipping address or phone number has been provided, due to the nature of digital product delivery.

3. Multiple Orders to a Single Shipping Address

Customers are advised not to place multiple orders for the same shipping address simultaneously. We recommend waiting for the delivery of the first order before placing a second order. Please note that if two or more orders are placed at the same time for a single shipping address, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the subsequent orders. In such cases, those additional orders are placed at the customer’s own risk, and refunds will not be issued for any undelivered items.

4. Order Status
– An “Accepted” status indicates that your complaint has been approved and will be processed as soon as possible.
– A “Rejected” status indicates that your order was delivered and your complaint was rejected. If you believe this is a mistake, please provide a screenshot of your current data balance to us via WhatsApp for further investigation.

5. Order Completion and Reporting Issues;
If the recipient has not received the internet package, the order must be reported within 24 hours after the order status is marked as completed. After this period, DataHub Ghana will not be liable for any unreceived products.

6. We do not accept orders for MTN with the under-listed numbers.

    • EVD SIMs

7. Do not advertise our products on social media. When found, your account will be deleted. Only share with friends and family.

8. Service Usage
– Your use of our platform and any disputes arising from such use of our platform are subject to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
– We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the terms on our website.

10. Support and Communication
– For any issues or inquiries, please contact our support team through the contact information provided on our website. All communications regarding order discrepancies should include relevant documentation as specified (e.g., data balance screenshot).

📜 Terms & Conditions for SMS Verification Service

By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description

Our platform provides users with temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS-based verifications on various third-party platforms. These numbers are assigned via API and are for one-time use only.

2. Usage Policy

  • Each number is reserved for a limited period (typically 4–5 minutes).

  • Numbers are assigned only for the selected service (e.g., WhatsApp, Gmail, Telegram).

  • Users must request and use the number immediately upon assignment.

  • Only one verification message is guaranteed per purchase.

3. Message Delivery & Expiration

  • You must click “Get Message” within the active session to retrieve the verification SMS.

  • If no message is received within the allotted time, the reservation may expire or timeout.

  • Expired sessions will not be reusable.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued once a verification message (OTP/SMS) has been successfully received.

  • If the system times out and no SMS is received, a refund may be processed automatically at our discretion.

  • Any refund or dispute must be submitted within 15 minutes of the transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure you have selected the correct service name before requesting a number.

  • Verify that you have sufficient wallet balance before submitting the request.

  • Do not use the number for illegal or unethical activities. Violations will lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any failed verifications due to incorrect use, service-side restrictions, or third-party blocking.

  • We do not guarantee success for all services, as delivery depends on external platform behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the most recent version.
